1. Service
Southern Taxi Association provides private airport transfers and island tours across Saint Lucia. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
2. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received (for fixed-price routes) or when a quote has been accepted and paid. For custom itineraries, a booking reference is issued once our team has reviewed and confirmed the request.
3. Pricing
Prices are quoted in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for standard routes are published on our website and subject to change. Custom routes are priced on request. Surcharges may apply for early morning or late-night pickups, additional stops, or special equipment.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
5. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for being at the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time. Drivers will wait up to 30 minutes for airport arrivals (to account for delays) and up to 10 minutes for hotel or resort pickups. After the waiting period, the booking is treated as a no-show.
6. Flight delays
For airport pickup bookings, we monitor flight arrival times and adjust the driver accordingly at no additional charge. Please provide your flight number at the time of booking.
7. Luggage
Standard private transfers accommodate up to 2 bags per passenger. For group vehicles, luggage space is allocated based on capacity. Oversized or excessive luggage must be declared at booking — additional charges may apply.
8. Liability
Southern Taxi Association is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for missed flights or connecting travel. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
9. Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip in progress if any passenger's behaviour is deemed unsafe, threatening, or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saint Lucian courts.
