We may also collect payment information — though card details are processed and stored directly by Stripe and are never accessible to us.

We use your information to: (a) confirm and manage your booking; (b) communicate with you about your trip, including driver assignment, timing changes, and receipts; (c) improve our service quality; (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data sharing

We share your information with our drivers (name and contact details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not share your information with advertising networks.

4. Data retention

We retain booking records for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Saint Lucia's financial regulations. Account information is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security policies. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
